Badlands Pawn Grand Opening Pictures
November 26, 2015 - Sioux Falls, South Dakota
On Thanksgiving, Badlands Pawn, Gold & Jewelry opened its doors to the public. The 70,000 square foot destination has become the largest attraction in the Sioux Falls, South Dakota Entertainment District. Blue Planet is proud to have provided the lighting design, gear sale, installation and programming for the concert venue inside Badlands Pawn.
Las Vegas Lighting Designer Drew Giancarli worked with the Blue Planet Lighting Team to produce a unique lighting rig for the one-of-a-kind entertainment space.
Hundreds of Robe and Elation fixtures were specified, sold and installed into the venue by Blue Planet along with custom truss, custom media servers and a grandMA2 light console.
Additionally, a first in the industry, Blue Planet illuminated the entire truss system with 6,500 LED pixels, then mapped it into the lighting system in order to run full videos and effects across the entire rig.
