Ok...we are a youth ministry with a VERY limited budget.  We purchased an ETA MC8C imagenation series light controller. Has three pin XLR Ultraplex output. We also purchased an Eliminator ED-15 4 Channel DMX Dimmer Pack.  The dimmer pack has and DMX signal indicator and when you press buttons on the controller or sliders on it the light shows it is getting signal BUT the actual lights are not turning on.  Does the controller and the dimmer pack not have the same protocol or what is going on here?? Any help is appreciated.
